Beginners Guitar Course ( ages 7-11)

Beginners guitar lessons in a supportive, fun environment

This new course is aimed at children completely new to the instrument and will start at the very beginning.

Over the 5 weeks we will cover:

• tuning the guitar
• the open strings and note names
• an introduction to melodies, scales and chords
• fun songs of increasing difficulty
• how to practise effectively
• how to play as part of a group

The 5-week course costs £82.50

Each session is 40 minutes long and is limited to 6 students.

This works out as £16.50 per 40-minute session.

The dates for the coming term will be January 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and February 6th.

Refund Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a request.

Refund Eligibility:

Refund requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the scheduled session.

Refund requests made within two weeks of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Calculation:

For eligible refund requests, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid - (1.4% of Total Amount + £0.20)

Please note that the refunded amount will be reduced by fees incurred during the initial transaction, which includes a 1.4% processing fee plus a fixed fee of £0.20.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at enquiries@stkmusic.co.uk.

Clearly state your reason for requesting a refund and provide relevant details, including your name, session details, and transaction reference number.

Processing Time:

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt.

Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Exceptions:

In exceptional cases, where the session is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued regardless of the time frame.
